  1. Introduction

    1. milfordsolutions.co.uk ("the Site") is owned and operated by Milford Solutions Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our" or "Milford Solutions") whose registered office is 11 Milford Croft, Rowley Regis, West Midlands B65 8QD. All content on the Site ("the Content") is owned or licensed by us.
       
  2. Changes to these terms

    1. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified on the Site. You can also check to see when the last update was by looking at paragraph 2.2 below. If you do not agree with any new terms and conditions, you should not continue to use the Site. If you do continue to use the Site after we have changed the terms, you will be bound by the new terms.

  3. Your privacy

    1. You can browse the entire Site without submitting a form. However, you may choose to use a form on the Site to take advantage of additional Milford Solutions services, such as access to email updates. We take your privacy seriously and any personal information you provide when registering or using Milford Solutions will be used in accordance with the Milford Solutions privacy policy.
       
  4. Limited warranty

    1. We will use reasonable skill and care in collating the information contained in the site and in making the Site available to you.
       
    2. Due to the nature of the Internet and computer software and hardware, we do not give you any warranties other than those in paragraph 4.1 above. In particular, we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your particular requirements or that the site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. Changes in the law may render certain information or guidance out of date from time to time and we make no warranty that the site is complete or up to date.
       
  5. Changes to Milford Solutions

    1. We are continually seeking to improve the site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to make changes to any part of the Site because of our policy of updating and improving the site or for technology, security, legal or regulatory reasons.

    1. All copyright, trademarks, database right and other intellectual property rights in the Site are owned or licensed by us. When you use the Site, you may retrieve and view the Content on-screen and print out on paper or store electronically (but not on a network server) a reasonable amount of the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Except as expressly set out nothing in these terms and conditions confers any other right in relation to the Content.
       
    2. The Site may contain hyperlinks to websites provided by other people that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third party websites. Hyperlinks to third party websites are provided as a convenience to you and are not an endorsement or publication of those websites by us. The Milford Solutions privacy policy does not apply to any information about you collected on third party sites accessible via Milford Solutions.
       
    3. You acknowledge that "Milford Solutions", "Milford Solutions Limited", "milfordsolutions.co.uk" and “milfordsolutions.com” are trademarks. You shall not use them without our written permission and no licence is granted to you in these terms to use any of these trademarks.
       
    4. You may not assign, sub-licence or otherwise transfer these terms and conditions.
       
    5. English law governs these terms and conditions and only the English courts will decide disputes, except, for our exclusive benefit, we retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of your principal residence.
       
    6. If any court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms and conditions invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in effect.
       
    7. If you breach these terms and conditions and we ignore this, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach these terms and conditions.
       
    8. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of these terms and conditions. This shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
       
    9. We shall not be responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
